Our policy is that all renewals require a $10 fee to continue the listing for another year. However, in certain cases we offer a discounted commission, in which case we will waive this fee. The offers are provided on a case by case basis, and it is not guaranteed that you will receive a custom offer. To keep your current rates, you will either need to pay $10 or we may offer a commission structure that will allow you to waive that fee.

That’s pretty disappointing although I know it is no change from the policy on the higher commission names before the change. I am hoping that SH will do some serious reconsidering on this.
