I’ve already sent a message about it through the blue button long ago and until today it’s still like this.
Buyer asks for Epik push, domain is in Epik account, but SH keeps telling me to contact NetSol.
And it seems that buyer had to repeatedly give instructions another time just to trigger a notification email on my side.
In case someone needs to push a name to a buyer with an Epik account, SH’s email address is the same with other registrars stated in your “Action Needed” email.
PLEASE FIX THIS ALREADY!!!
