Just wondering about something

how often does SH step in to assist their customers - sometimes the brief seems like its not what the ch really wants - often the chs never reply to our direct questions(like they dont even know there is a comments section)

Im wondering at the moment about the jewel/handbag contest, the ch is asking for a name only but mentioning web sites in the brief- it would seem English isnt his first language - does SH read every contest and offer assistance if its not clear

or is it not shs place to do so - it would be quite helpful though

@Jose, we currently do not offer this but we plan to launch a brief review and writing assistance service, that the CH can choose as an option for their contest. This is not something we will offer immediately but we plan to do so in future.
