i thought you had to guarantee the next contest if you had a history of cancelling contests- is that not the case ?
@Jose, we do not have this policy. Sometimes the CH may not like any entries for specific contest, but instead of asking for a refund, they prefer to apply it to a new type of contest. They are required to always guarantee contests in case of Silver and Bronze package - but if they purchase a gold package for the next contest, they still have the option to keep it as non-guaranteed.In these situations, we strongly advise the CH to guarantee their contests, but it is ultimately their decision. Similarly, it is also your decision, whether or not to participate in such contests, given the past outcome.
