Better description = better results

I wish there was a way we could convince CHs that better descriptions in their briefs would make things better for them. Comments in the message center from creatives sometimes just seem to be looked past on this. If your search for a name revolves around an industry that is involved, knowledge-based, or even based in technologies, science, or logistics it is sometimes difficult for creatives to wrap their heads around without on-point explanation and description. We want to help but only so much research should be placed into the cultivation of a name. The CH is the expert on their business/product and it could help us to help them to be sure that specific details and knowledge are explained beforehand for a better outcome for them.


Also, I really hate to see responses to creatives’ questions WRITTEN ALL IN CAPS LIKE THE CH IS YELLING. It’s rude.
