What I (and I presume the CH) can see when I submit a name from the marketplace into a contest that is accepting premium domains.

Obviously, the domain is not available for hand register because SH have purchased it. Unfortunately, the message is not clear to the CH that it is actually available to them via SH if they only look at that option. I’ve just had a message from a CH telling me that they loved the name but unfortunately, it’s not available (when it is at a price).
Perhaps you could bring this to the attention of your developers?
